Additional services include: purchasing, solicitation, booking, warehousing, packaging, customs declaration, inspection, insurance, dynamic notification of cargo positioning and estimated time of arrival at the destination, transshipment after the goods arrive in the destination country, settlement of miscellaneous charges, collection of payment and other services. 

1. Purchasing agency

Purchasing agency is divided into two situations: entrusted to find the source of the goods and the customer has found the supplier.In the first case, a service fee of 2% (within 500 million yuan)-3% (10,000-49,999 yuan) is generally charged, and an additional 2% exchange fee is charged for RMB payment.The freight in China shipped by the supplier to our warehouse (Guangzhou or Yiwu City, China) shall be paid by the customer or the supplier, or it can be paid by our company and ultimately paid by the customer.

2. Soliciting goods

The goods sent by the customer are shipped to our warehouse. Our company does not charge an entry fee.The goods in storage must be marked with the customer number assigned by our company, and the packing list shall be sent to our company before the goods are in storage. The packing list shall be filled in with the template provided by our company in advance to facilitate follow-up management and customs declaration.

3.Container Booking

It is mainly applicable to the booking business of shipping FCL 20-foot or 40-foot containers or railway 40-foot containers. The customer inquires with our company in advance according to the delivery needs, and our company will provide the fee details. After the customer confirms, the fee will be charged at the agreed time.

4.Packaging and warehousing

After the goods are stored, they need to be packaged twice. Unless the stored goods meet the long-distance transportation standards, the packing fee will be charged (after successful registration, you can download the charging standard in the “Price Download” column on the left).

The storage fee is divided into before shipment and after the goods arrive at the destination.Storage fees are exempted within 7 days in the domestic warehouse before delivery, and 10 yuan per cubic meter will be charged every day after 7 days.After the goods arrive at the destination warehouse, the consignee will pick them up for free within one day, and 200-300 rubles per cubic meter per day will be charged from the next day, depending on the warehouse.

5.Customs declaration and inspection: In the case of double-clearance tax returns, the customs declaration and inspection of exports and imports shall be handled by our company, and the fees are included in the quotation.In the general trade export scenario, export customs declaration and inspection can be handled by our company, and the cost is calculated separately. The import customs declaration of the destination country is generally handled by the importer and bears all import-related costs such as customs duties and value-added tax.

6.Insurance is divided into two situations: voluntary by the customer and notification that it must be collected. The latter is mainly for high-value goods. Our company will explain when quoting, and the customer will confirm and agree to it.
